Areas Affected: Richmond; Lancaster; Western Essex; Western King William; Eastern Essex; Caroline; Northumberland; Western King and Queen; Westmoreland

* WHAT...Snow, sleet and freezing rain changing to all rain by mid afternoon. Total snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 2 inches and with a light glaze expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, eastern and north central Virginia.

* WHEN...Through 3 PM EST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Use caution if venturing out today.
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
