pOn the afternoon of June 10 2013 Colonial Beach Volunteer Fire Department was alerted to a overturned trash truck in the area of 12th Street and McKinney BLVD. Engine 15 quickly responded with a crew of 4 and upon arrival found a trash truck on its side in the ditchnbspof the eastboundnbsplane of McKinney BLVD. The occupant of this vehicle was out of the vehicle and walking around on arrival. The crew of Engine 15 then assisted with traffic management and stayed on scene whilenbspa power crew repaired the power pole that was struck and 2 large wreckers removed the vehicle from the ditch and hauled it away from the scene.
